Traveling with Your Prescriptions & Medicines
Whether you’re traveling close to home or far away, you certainly don’t want to get caught without your medicines. When you travel, it’s vital that you have all of your prescriptions and medicines with you, and that you even bring extras. Here, from MyGlobalSearch, is some advice that could just make the difference between a great vacation and a nightmare.
1. Have all of the medicines that you need for your trip, and see if you can even bring extras.
2. If you’re flying – don’t put these medicines in your suitcase. Carry them on the plane with you (as allowed by security) and keep them as close by as possible.
3. Have all prescriptions written out for your medicines with the doses that you take. Yes, you have your medicines in hand – but you never know what happens and you never know when you may need more or need replacements.
4. Have eye glass prescriptions with you as well. If those glasses get left on top of a car and crushed, and you can’t see for the three weeks of your Greek adventure, chances are you won’t have a great trip.
The more precautions that you take before you leave and the more organized you are, the more likely you’ll be in for a great trip!
